Guest Access:
Assigned spot in parking garage. There is a lockbox at the parking spot where you will find a key fob for entrance into the building and to use for the elevator. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. The door to the unit has a smart lock. Additional parking for all units can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances!
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

This was the PERFECT spot for our mother/daughter weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and super clean, and it had every amenity you could possibly need. I appreciated the bottle of wine that greeted me when we arrived, and my daughter absolutely loved the swan towel animals left on the bed. The view of Dickson Street and downtown Fayetteville was incredible. If we'd been able to stay longer, or the weather had been warmer, it would have been great to sit on the balcony and people watch. We loved being in walking distance to so many places, and having a reserved spot in a covered part of the parking deck was appreciated. And we always felt safe in the building and in the apartment. The communication from the host leading up to the visit was clear and informative. We didn't need assistance during our stay, but I have no doubt we would have been able to get help promptly had it been requested. My daughter and I were truly sad to leave. I give it a 10/10 and would definitely stay there again! My only suggestion to the host would be to get better black-out curtains to block the morning sun. I also encourage people to keep in mind that the space exists on a very active street directly besides a popular live music venue. Friday night was loud, and we could hear the bass from the music venue over our sound machine well past midnight. No fault of the host, and it didn't affect our stay since we expected this going into the visit.
