Great location - just off the town square and a short walk to Dickson St. and UArk campus. Very clean, spacious, well appointed and quiet. Love staying at this property!
We visited Fayetteville for a college tour visit and my daughter chose this rental. It was in a great location and was super cute and super clean! It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy! We would definitely stay there again.
Cute little space within walking
distance of several places to eat, shops & not far from U of A campus.
Host responded quickly to any questions & was very helpful.
This apartment is very nicely located near the university and the square. Lots to do within walking distance. The interior was clean and comfortable and the exterior features a nice porch.
Beautiful apartment in downtown Fayetteville with gorgeous wood floors and a balcony. We enjoyed our time here so much. The decor and natural light in the apartment are lovely and it was larger than expected. I hope to stay here whenever I’m in town.
The space was very clean and we had plenty of room. The only complaint is that some furnishings were very old (specifically the mirrors-had spots and were murky), but I know the owner likes to decorate with antiques so it didn’t bother us much.
My almost college aged daughter picked this apartment for its fun and whimsy look. It was a super cute apartment with quirky charm. It’s a great location for walking to campus and all the local spots. Check in was super easy and we had no need to get in touch with the owners. Would recommend this apartment to those with prospective UA students and Gameday visitors.
Loved everything about the apartment, decor, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The only thing that impacted our stay was loud music that played all day into the night, I believe 11 is when it stopped. This is out of the owner’s control… but it definitely made a difference in our stay. Otherwise the place & location to shops etc.. was perfect!
Location was the best, minutes from square and UArk. The stay was pleasant and clean, but the apartment needs some basic maintenance and updating. Pay attention that this rental has three window units for cooling. Parking in the rear was a bit sketchy so we parked in the city lot in front.
I wish there had been a couple of baking dishes and some ice trays. My granddaughter wanted to cook dinner our first night there so we shopped for all the necessary ingredients only to find there were no baking dishes.

Not up to Standards
Wasps nest at entry, mold growth in bathroom, broken glass in cupboard, and a faulty stovetop burner let to us vacating the place a couple of days after we checked in and recognized these issues.
Great location. Unit was a bit tight but that was expected. Nice to have dedicated parking right in downtown. We appreciate you having us! Mike Harrison
