Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or welcome the sunrise off the private balcony off the master suite. Fully renovated with three FULL bathrooms and master ensuite with jetted tub await you and your guests. Even your dog has a private run on the side of the home. Walkable to historic Haymount downtown & tech savvy!

    10 min drive to Ft. Bragg? Rich with history, but updated for the modern guest. Enjoy the flexibility of space and beautiful furnishings. On a semi private street with oversized lot, basketball hoop/court, and fire pit with seating. Wood and tile floors throughout the home and full bath tubs in each bath.

    The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you could need for a wonderful meal with friends and family.

    Need Tech? High speed internet and firesticks throughout the home.

    Need to move and grove? We hear you. Inside your master suite is a yoga/barre station, complete with a professional ballet bar, resistance bands, and mirror. No need to miss your workout just because you travelled.

    Is your dog family? Ours is too. Welcome your pooch to their out outdoor run, fully fenced and gated for their exercise and safety. The yard is also fully fenced . Is basketball yout style? Our adjustable hoop can keep the adults happy but move down for little ones to play too!

    Haymount Homes is our company and we are proud to bring you this offering. We specialize in rental homes in Haymount, but wanted to offer a short term stay for guests that want to experience the joys of Haymount. I visited for a wedding in Spring Lake and we needed a dog friendly house. This place was perfect. Cute litlle house that turned out to have lots of room. We loved Feyetville. Friendly people everywhere we turned. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy home

This property was just perfect for our family get away. All the rooms were clean and the place had lots of beautiful decorations. The Place was PERFECT for our stay. The grill is small so that was a slight inconvenience but the place more than made up for it! The Owners were quick to reply and overall it was a great stay! Excellent memories!

Modern Farmhouse feel in a lovely neighborhood.

Excellent location

It was the ideal place for us as family as we had come from England to attend our granddaughter's wedding. We all found it a very relaxing spot and ideal for the English and Americans to get together. The bonus was the fact that Casey had knowledge of our granddaughter. Quiet getaway close to Ft Bragg

Older and well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for work and brought my dog. Anything we needed the property manager addressed quickly. Close to both base and local restaurants. Saved as a favorite for future visits.

Wonderful stay

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The backyard is great for kids. Casey was very good about responding very quickly to any questions that I had.

Jewel in Fayetteville

This property is a jewel in Fayetteville. Plenty of room for families to spread out with two separate living areas, as well as three bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a large dining table. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were there during the winter, but the back yard looks like lots of fun with a table for outdoor dining and a fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas break

Very nice house- plenty of space for gathering with the family to open gifts and play games and eat. Some small soaps/shampoo would have been helpful as we arrived without baggage.
