Great place!

Neighborhood of townhouses. Clean and easy to find. House was great with garage access (nice with the rain!). Bedrooms comfortable, kitchen well equipped, with snacks and water as a nice touch. Tv easy to operate with wonderful instructions. Our only hold up to 5 stars was we didn’t realize it was a 3 story unit and maybe that’s on me and I just missed it in description. Lugging luggage up 2 flights of stairs was unexpected. Level 1 was garage. Level 2 was half bath, kitchen and living room and level 3 was 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus laundry area which had detergent and dryer sheets provided! Overall wonderful property especially for Hog fans! WPS!

University of Arkansas Visit

A group of friends came in town for Arkansas-Ole Miss game. This was a good location, just west of Hwy-49 about 10 minutes from Campus. The place was just as advertised - 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds, 1 with 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms w/showers upstairs, 1 bathroom on main floor. The couch looked like it could fold out into a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it. We spent most of the weekend on Campus, so really only used the place to sleep, but it had a nice comfortable feel if a family wanted to spend time here and make meals, play board games, etc. I would recommend it and definitely stay here again!

Awesome Game Weekend

Just had the most wonderful long weekend for the ballgame! Location was perfect, townhouse was as advertised, and the hosts were super responsive! Our group would totally stay in this place again! An added bonus was having the garage to park in. Our group can get a little loud with music and laughter, but no one complained, and we didn’t hear anyone else around us, perfection!!

Football weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome is located close to U of A campus. Very clean, comfortable and the hosts provided all the necessities for a perfect long weekend visit to Fayetteville.

Great place with garage

We came up to move our son into his dorm. It was very nice to have a garage to park our two cars that were loaded with supplies. The house was very clean and well stocked. Location was good although construction made it a bit tricky at first coming in, after we got used to it we did ok.

Great central location for Fayetteville

Nice and quiet neighborhood next to Centennial Park. Great mountain biking all around and easy to get to other rides via I-49. Two car garage, great living/kitchen/dining for gathering. Well stocked in the kitchen for cooking. Three good sized bedrooms. Very comfortable and we plan to book next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay and being so responsive to our needs...

Perfect for a weekend in Fayetteville.

We loved this property. The location was great. The property big enough to accomodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. It was well stocked with all of the necessities and many extras that you don't normally expect - coffee, water, snacks. We arrived late, and this meant we didn't have to stop on the way in to pick up what we needed for coffee and water the next morning. We will definitely book this property again when we are in town to watch the Razorbacks.

Great Location for a College Football Game Weekend

This property was in a great location to go to the Gamecocks/Razorbacks game (5mins or so). It was close to everything we needed and a short Uber ride to downtown. Clean inside, comfortable beds and a great place to just hang out with friends. Will stay here again if The 4 Horsemen from SC come back around!

Great house!

We drove 6 hrs with 2 cars stuffed to fill a dorm room. We loved that the house had a garage that we could park in overnight. The house was comfortable and close to everything. PS my daughter loved the pieces of candy in the snack bin. Hit the spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hogzone!

The Hogzone was perfect for graduation! It is a great location. We did a lot of cooking and found spices and everything we needed. The garage is a plus! The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend Hogzone!
