The staff here was phenomenal, especially Crystal and her associate. Lovely people.. The location is quite noisy with a major road nearby. Lots of incredibly loud cars.. sounded like a drag race most of the night.

On he first day, I complained about the water pressure in the sink at Room 211. It was fixed the next morning. The staff was excellent and always polite.

Good and quiet, clean . No working ice machine. No complimentary breakfast or fresh coffee. This is a first for me, had I known I would have stayed at another hotel.

The property is very convenient to the highway and shopping area. The property is under renovations and I wasn't aware of. The handicap access closes to my room was blocked by a huge container, not convient. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. The staff knowingly put me in a room that the room phone didn't work and the Cartoon network channel volume didnt work. The house keeper knocked on my door and since I didn't respond she entered at 9:24a.m. The next day I let management know and ALL they offered was an apology. My $179.00 plus 2 hours and 30min drive from Charlotte was WASTED on this hotel and I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

reservation was obtained 3rd party Hotels. Com and a receipt for the reservation was provided. Upon arrival the desk clerk processed my credit card for the full amount of the night which was in excess of the amount paid to hotels. com. I was instructed to discuss this with the am manager. The manager Sophia did not listen to my concerns and only told me that the problem would be corrected. She had poor listening skills and did not provide me with a receipt. Not pleased with how this reservation was processed by the hotel staff.. Please accept this as a formal request for rectification of payment processes.

I booked this place on Expedia to sleep at during the night while traveling from Florida to Maryland. Pictures made it look so nice, map showed it was conveniently right off 95, breakfast included, patio/balcony, needed a wheelchair for my Husband. Thought it was a good space to spend the night. Boy was I wrong, the wheelchair had seen better days, breakfast was in fact NOT included. It did have a Starbucks and you had to pay Starbucks prices. $5 for a medium coffee. The room had a weird smell that I couldn’t quite pin point what it was but it was not pleasant. I had to listen to the people above me bang on the floor all night long. My husband ended up turning the TV up to try to drown it out because we had to be up early. The room $240, completely outrageous for what we got. Very disappointed.
