Located in Fawnskin, it is conveniently located away from the heavily trafficked areas but still just a short drive from the Village in Big Bear Lake, local ski resorts, hiking trails, and a short walk to the lake itself.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful modern gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom with shower. Downstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom. Downstairs third bedroom has two double beds, TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom with shower, and deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
