The quietly situated Villa Monte Alegrete, featuring an outdoor pool, is ideal for long-term renters looking to spend the winter, families with children, and seniors. The villa is accessible only by car via a dirt road (approx. 800 m) and is located about 2 km from the picturesque village
of Santa Barbara de Nexe. The house has central heating and air conditioning, and these services are subject to a fee.

In this detached villa, located about 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can enjoy the spaciousness and comfort needed for a relaxing vacation in undisturbed privacy. This quietly situated property, which features an outdoor pool, is accessible by car only via a dirt road (800 m). The villa is ideal for long-term tenants and families with children looking to spend the winter here.

The villa has a living area of 150 m2 and can accommodate 6 people and a baby crib can also be added if required. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV with international programs. The villa has 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC, washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher as well as a table with 6 chairs, which invites you to a cozy stay.
The large living room is furnished with a couch, a large glass table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with satellite TV, WLAN, Portuguese TV and a fireplace.

The living room and the bedrooms
have sliding windows and allow access to the pool. The windows have fly screens and it is possible to darken the rooms with shutters.

The house has air conditioning and central heating, which are available at an additional cost (optional).

In the outdoor area is the pool (10 x 5 m and 2 m deep), a solar shower, sun loungers for 6 people with parasols. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the city of Faro on the terrace and by the pool and forget everyday life a little. The whole thing is rounded off by a barbecue area with a charcoal barbecue and an additional gas barbecue. On the terrace there is a large table for 6 people and a table for 4 people. An external staircase leads to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city of Faro. The property is completely fenced, has an automatic gate and parking for 3 cars.

Furthermore, there is an apartment on the property (50 m2) which can be used for
an additional apartment for 4 people. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a desk with chair (ideal for home office). The adjoining kitchen-living room with 2 armchairs and a sofa bed for 2 people, has a flat screen TV with international programs, a dining table for 4 people and is well equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. Directly in front of the apartment there is a large and shady covered terrace with a view of the sea. The apartment is ideal for two families who want to spend a relaxing vacation together
and at the same time want to enjoy their privacy. The main house can accommodate 6 people and the apartment up to 2 adults + 2 children. The apartment is only open by arrangement. (optional)

Guests (up to 6 people) have the entire house at their disposal when renting.

If required, 4 additional people can rent the apartment for a small fee. (optional) However, this should be agreed in advance.

The house and apartment have air conditioning (optional) 8.00/day. If used, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
