「The property was in excellent shape. All we needed for the stay was like advertised Thank you」

「House was clean and very nice. Worked very well for our group of 6. We were in town to race at Aztec speedway ( the local dirt track). Nice setup for a bigger group of needed. Would definitely book again.」

「It is an older property that could use some upgrades and more cooking items. The house is very large.」

「Nice property for guests of all ages; our family ranged 4 - 92 Two of our group arrived Friday afternoon; 1st day of rental. I was delayed in arriving until Saturday PM. A/C was not working; unfortunately June/July are some of our hottest months in New Mexico. I notified the owner (Jordan); he assisted by phone with troubleshooting which was unsuccessful. Sunday morning, Jordan arranged for a plumbing company to repair the A/C unit by that afternoon the unit was cooling to a comfortable temp...

「This was easily the best experience I have had at a VRBO or other hosted property. Ryan responded to my questions quickly and with great clarity, prior to booking and check in and also during our stay. The house instructions were detailed and the property itself was immaculately clean and ideal for our needs (family reunion). We are hoping to stay there again next year.」

「All good」

「The space is cozy and the location is beautiful」

VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head...

「Cute house, convenient to downtown Durango. For a 2 bedroom house, the kitchen could use a few more dishes.」

「Property was cute. Needs a deep clean. Animal hair, corners and ceiling other than that the place was great. I would give 4.7 stars if allowed.」
