Step inside this historic Fargo home and discover a space designed for comfort and connection. The main floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Adjacent to this is a formal dining room, ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. Two full bathrooms, one on the second floor and one in the basement, ensure convenience for all guests. The fourth bedroom is also located in the basement. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the two decks or the outdoor patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill. The backyard provides a private oasis for relaxation. Additional amenities include a small single-stall garage, free parking, and high-speed internet access.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full home, yard, and garage during their stay. There is one locked room in the basement where we keep cleaning supplies and extra linens.

Families with young children will appreciate the proximity to Horace Mann Elementary School (with a playground, hockey rinks in the winter, and a big open field for running around), located a mere half block from the property.



Getting Around:

There is parking for one car in front of the house as well as free parking on the street in front of the house. There is a garage in the alley that can fit one small car.
