「Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask...

「I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor. The room was VERY ran down- the bathroom door had water damage, one of the lamps was falling apart and overall it was very dilapidated. The hotel looked dilapidated and...

「Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Struttura nuova. Unica pecca la piscina seppur comoda è molto piccola e non adatta ai bambini, ha il fondo con minimo pietrine che consentono di non scivolare ma allo stesso tempo sono un po' pericolose. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto cortese e professionale. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Hotel utile se si e di passaggio. Prima spiaggia con sabbia fine a 15 minuti」

「最初、一部屋二つのベットの予約なのに部屋に一つのベットしかなく、聞いたところ、ここら辺では一つのベットの部屋に当たる時もあると説明されて、そんな事は受け入れられないと交渉しないといけなかった。最終的には変更してもらったが、交渉するのに時間がかかり、面倒だった。」

「Man fühlt sich als hätte man eine eigene Wohnung im Zentrum von Castellon. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet dazu ist es auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Service ist aufmerksam und nett. Para repitir. : )」
