「My crew enjoyed the location and their overall stay at this location, which I am very thankful for. However, their communication could use a little work. I believe the host is in a different time zone, but we did not receive the lock code until almost an hour after arriving that evening and I had to reach out to customer service in order to get a hold of him.」

「The home was great! Well taken care of. Plenty of room for our party. Good neighborhood. Only downside was communication with owner. Reached out a few times via VRBO msg, phone calls, and text msgs; only connected once with owner. The one time we connected I was able to get info needed for arrival and departure. I have recommended this property to friends and family already. We would stay again.」

「The pictures made it seem that it was a beautiful place. The sliding doors did not have any handles, tissue was placed because where the handles are supposed to be it was exposed to the outdoors. The place was not clean and up to par. No oven, but it was a countertop oven that we used. The bugs were ridiculous, they were coming in from the outside through the cracks .」

「The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday.」

「This home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and just as pictured. We had no problems with the property at all. There are a few small details that would have made my overall stay 5 star. Having use of the garage for my handicapped mother would have made it more convenient to enter the home especially with the heavy rain conditions. 「I didn’t like that the handicap-able room I had was shoddily put together. There are large gaps in the drywall and flooring. In the bathroom, there isn’t caulking in between the railings and pipes which is going to cause mold to grow. The AC unit was also full of mold. Those units have to be taken apart to fully clean the mold from the shutters. Cleaning the filters isn’t enough do to the humidity and lack of constant airflow in the rooms. 」
