Had an amazing stay. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. We had the full English breakfast which was delicious and it is ideally located for both the town and the beach. We will definitely book again.

Katie, the host, was very friendly and helpful ensuring that we had the best possible stay. There was free water and various biscuits, including home made, in the room. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and cleaned daily if you wished. She explained everything so well and was so approachable it helped to make the stay. Breakfast was amazing with everything freshly cooked and delivered by the most friendly and chatty waitress called Trish, who absolutely made our stay. Both Katie and Trish were 'proper Cornish' and an absolute delight. There was plenty of parking which is an absolute bonus when staying in Falmouth.

A very comfortable short stay - Katie and Trish so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast to set me up for busy days while in Falmouth. At most 20 minute walk to the town so no need to use the car (and plenty of parking space at the hotel). My room was ideal for a lone traveler.

Our stay was great thanks mostly to Katie and her family being so helpful and welcoming. She made sure my daughter had a gluten free breakfast and even put gluten free biscuits in our room for her which was a lovely touch. The property is excellently situated near the town and beaches and we were able to park the car and leave it for the whole weekend. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Lugo Rock and will be back.

It was a fabulous, relaxing stay in a brilliant location for me. The room, the greeting, the breakfast, the greeting at breakfast, the flexibility (as I had to extend my stay a couple of times!)....all were simply great. I will be back without a doubt. Actually I'll add a big, big thank you for having me to stay with you at your lovely place.

We stayed for a 2 night getaway in Falmouth, and so glad we found Lugo Rock! Katie and Tricia were lovely, so friendly. Katie, the proprietor, gave us lots of help with directions and local knowledge. We were placed in an ideal position, only 5 minutes walk from the Gyllyngvase beach and coastal path, and 15 minutes walk from Falmouth harbour and town. Lugo Rock was beautifully clean, our room comfortable and there was lots of choice for breakfast. Thank you for such a lovely, relaxing stay!
