Exceptional attention to detail

The nicest B&B I have ever stayed in. Helpful staff. Lovely full breakfast, with yogurt and fruit, and help-yourself coffee.

Centrumsnahes typisch englisches Hotel

Wir wurden beim Check-in mit hilfreichen Informationen über Falmouth versorgt. Beim guten Frühstück, das inclusiv gebucht wurde, kann von Full English bis Continental in mehreren Varianten bestellt werden. Die gemütliche Lounge mit Büchern und Info-Material lud zum Entspannen nach Unternehmungen ein. Auch im Garten sind Sitzplätze vorhanden. Der Bitte nach einem Fön wurde gern nachgekommen. Koffer die Treppe hochzutragen und an deren Ende eine Feuerschutztür aufzuhalten, bedeutet eine gewisse Schwierigkeit in diesem zu einem Hotel umgestalteten Gebäude. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen würden.

I would stay here again.

Friendly and accommodating owner. Hotel interior needs a revamp and shower in room was very weak. Location is great and lots of choice at breakfast.

Incredible value for money

I was a bit underwhelmed on arrival when I noticed peeling paint on the window frames and I had to ring the bell for access. But don't be alarmed this is a little gem! To be fair I'd asked to check in late and the hotel had been very accommodating so it was fair enough I needed to use the bell to get in. Once inside it was spotlessly clean and although my room was small, I'd booked a single, it had all I needed and even supplied individual soap and shower gel. The breakfast was excellent, much better choice than I'd expect of a small hotel and very good quality. Round it off with friendly staff and I was pleased to overlook my first impression and thoroughly recommend this hotel as great value for money and a. comfortable stay.

Nice place in great location

Lovely stay, however we booked a triple room and got a double. This was unfortunate but not a huge problem as there were only two of us and we could share if needed, but disappointing we paid more for the room didn't get it. Overall, nice place and great location.

Lovly hotel near the town

Nice visit to Falmouth

Stay was overall good, decor was a little tired throughout the hotel. Staff were pleasant at all times, happy to stay again.

Just ideal.

Friendly staff, called to confirm checkin as I was running late, and had no problem checking in very late. Small room single room, but that was all I needed and wanted. Breakfast was included but I did not have any being out early. A little old and worn in public areas, but that just made it feel nicer than some new antiseptic chain hotel. Limited on-site parking, but plenty free on-street, just off the main road into Falmouth, and opposite a nice public park.

Nice place handy for the town and local beaches.

Excellent place to stay we have used the Broadmead for at least 8 years and have already booked for next year. Ideal location friendly staff makes it a good base.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, a spruce up with fresh paint would not go a miss in places but the room was clean and comfortable and I would book again. Bacon and sausage served at breakfast could do with being a better quality.

Plenty to do in Falmouth over a weekend and great to use the ferry to see St Mawes.

More of a B&B then a hotel.

We only wanted somewhere to put our heads whist we were house hunting. This hotel was fitted the bill and was good for the price. No Bar or evening meal facilities. Only a short stroll to Bars and restaurants though.

Comfortable hotel

Stayed overnight, quite central without being busy / loud. Large old sturdy building. Hotel occupancy seemed quite high, so popular.

Good location, great staff

Stayed for two nights to visit Falmouth university, breakfast was very nice and it was in a brilliant location. The room was a perfect size for me (I am 5'1) but for anyone bigger I'm not sure they would even fit the bed haha. The WiFi is also amazing, super fast and reliable.
