「We booked this stay coming in from out of town for a wedding. This home was perfect, Erick was very responsive, the house was clean, modern, and felt like home. 「The property was super cute. Very clean. The neighborhood isn’t much to write home about. The listing said 4 bedrooms but it is only 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. For what I paid for I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t actually what I needed for our overnight stay. It caused some friend circle conflict. 「We made good use of this rental, it was convenient to all our family & activities. Host is very kind & quickly helpful on request. The main problem with a basement apt is that the thermostat is usually upstairs in the main house, but host was most accommodating about temperature control. We rested well here and had a nice week.」
