「Communication with Joe was quick and easy. The house is beautiful and on an amazing piece of land. Plenty of room and amenities for our ladies’ group. Clean, well stocked, very comfy furniture and beds. The only con is all 3 bathrooms are upstairs via a narrow spiral staircase. 「The house is a little tight, but being able to go out on the deck makes up for it. The view of the Lake is stunning. Neighborhood is quiet. There's a nice loop for a morning walk. Honestly don't see 10 people in this place, but a couple of couples it works. Not much to do in the area, but going to relax and enjoy the quiet and peace of the lake, it's a good place.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very clean, well decorated and very cozy. Wish the lighting would have been a bit brighter. The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated all of the tupperware containers, to store leftovers in. The lake level at rough river was low. There was also a lot of floating debris at certain times, making it hard to boat or tube. I would suggest putting a note in the manual about what day trash day is, along with providing one or two more...

「We had a very nice stay and the owners were very kind. The place was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the laundry machine not working but the owners came out and replaced it with a new one immediately so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. The bonus game room was a hit for the whole family and we all had a great time overall. Definitely recommend!」
