Hill top pool house villa, panoramic observation deck, spa, botanical sanctuary
A pool house above the rest, perched at the top of the highest hill between Oceanside and Fallbrook.
600sf pool house, 1200sf endless view observation deck, saltwater pool and spa right outside your two 8'x12' corner window walls. The pool house is the premier spot on this special property, its new, private, well equipped, has high vaulted ceilings and is the jewel of the Sanctuary property.
Enjoy relaxing poolside on the teak chaise lounges, grilling on the Lynx BBQ or taking an evening dip in the jacuzzi.
The pool house is equipped with indoor and outdoor showers, laundry, WiFi, split AC and heat system, full close privacy curtained and shades, fully equipped kitchenette and super comfy livingroom.
Guest access
Guests will have a dedicated parking spot right outside the pool house door. Additional parking for more than one car is available at the lower lot a minute walk away. Sanctuary Pool House Guest Manual

The pool house is near the top of the paved driveway on the left-hand side.
• Best Practice: Pull past the gravel parking spot and back down into it, or turn around at the garage on top of the hill and nose in to the spot
• Please try to park your vehicle off the paved driveway so other vehicles can pass easily.
Exiting the Property
• To leave, pull up to the top of the hill to turn around, and exit down the paved driveway.

2. No glassware near the pool for safety.
3. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
4. Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. We do have a dog on the property and need to know if another animal will be around.

BBQ Grill: the grill is a propane unit, please do not attempt to light any other type of fuel in the grill. Propane should be on, if not it is under the right side of the grill and can be turned on for use. Please use the provided bbq lighter to light under ceramic briquettes when turning knob, automatic ignition is not functioning.
Let heat up for about 10 minutes and unless you’re cooking a lot of food you’ll probably only need one burner. Some utensils are under the right side of the bbq. After cooking please do your best to clean up while things are hot and please make sure EVERYTHING IS TURNED OFF.
