The Westbank - A Family Luxury Riverfront Retreat on Fall River

"Four adults and a dog celebrated a landmark birthday here. Beautiful bull elk greeted us the first afternoon but were absent the next two days. We enjoyed the kitchen, deck, hot tub, a night sky, and the burbling of Fall River. Our dog was comfortable right away, and this home has been well-cleaned after other dogs—it feels like “a dog place” only in the best ways. Although the location of the VRBO on the booking site appears to be on the steep side of a mountain (I believe it’s intentional to not have the exact location), we were situated right on the water and away from light pollution—it was absolutely lovely."

"The location and setting were perfect for our family with easy access to town and RMNP. The townhouse is equips with almost everything you will need for your trip. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the river and on the deck. We were fortunate to have multiple elk visitors while we were there too. Our only suggestion would be to have some local ground coffee (we arrived late and the first morning we were a little short on supplies) and a couple of laundry pods for guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Property was beautiful and had all sorts of amenities. It was right by the river. The sound was gorgeous. I’d recommend staying and renting at this location. It is right near Rocky Mountain national Park and Estes Park. Great location. And plenty of room."

"Neither tv worked upon check in—finally used Emergency # & Allen came to fix them. An instruction book on operating Direct TV would help. Allen was GREAT!! Very nice updated bathrooms but no safety bars on tub or shower. Bed very comfortable. Futon makes miserable seating. No table but plenty of space for one. Coffee maker difficult to use. Loved the balcony..could use a little table out there. The staff were very helpful & friendly."

"Literally within walking distance of the RMNP entrance! Cute little place only 5-10 minutes outside of Estes Park and bumping up to the national park. Had everything we needed and was a great value for the price. Didn't have AC but there were multiple powerful fans that helped cool down the place at night with the windows open. Would definitely stay again!"

"I am torn as to how to review this cabin. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for staying in Estes Park, we had great communication with the host, and we had a great time there. However, there is no air conditioning. And I know a lot of homes in Estes Park do not have air conditioning but it was essential for us health wise. The listing only says ...it has heating but does not say nothing about air conditioning. I definitely should have clarified before we went. We had to stay out in town all afternoon and part of the evening so it could cool down and we could come back. I would recommend this cabin to anyone but just know that there is no A/C."
