"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location. "This place really needs to be updated. The hotel is very old and weathered. For the price, I feel like it would benefit by being updated. We left really early in the morning fore check out and we couldn't figure out how to get out of the hotel. We were looking around and the front staff was sleeping in another part of the lobby in the dark room so we didn't see him. Then he said, well you should have called out for me. But we were talking at normal volume and he was not too far but didn't hear us. So he blamed him sleeping on us not looking harder for him or yelling out to him. That was not a good experience. Overall, would not stay again."
