This stunning town house is part of an exciting new development set right in the heart of the historic quarter of the market town of Fakenham, the gateway to the many attractions of inland North Norfolk. The fabulous coastline is just a twenty minute drive away, and all amenities are right on the doorstep. Fakenham is bursting with great choices to eat and drink, a retro cinema showing the latest films, shops galore, pretty river walks to explore, and a renowned weekly market selling local produce.

7 Swan Court offers peaceful boutique-style accommodation in a high end character conversion, and the convenience of having everything just a few minutes walk from the front door. Part conversion of an old Baptist Church and Community Hall, and part new build, this superb property sits in a beautiful courtyard setting. Features include arch french doors opening to an enclosed garden, top notch fixtures and fittings throughout plus stylish decor from top to bottom.
