"You could see a part of the beach unobstructed. It is very easy access across the street to the beach. It is very private area with many restaurants and gas station near by. There is a nice restaurant right in front of the apt. The parking is behind a gate so it feels secure. The room is very clean. "

"Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!"

"Severely overpriced. Stuffy room with smelly blankets. No way to air it out. Shower drain stopped up with previous guests' hair and that flooded the bathroom. The code for the pool didn't work and I had to call the mgt. for the new one. The corkscrew/bottle opener was broken. Over four nights there was no housekeeping. The "pool" is too small to do anything more than sit. Decor ugly. We had to keep calling for enough coffee pods."
