In our house you can relax and feel comfortable as the house is fully equipped with everything you need.Enjoy the sunset and the magnificent view of the Southern Cretan sea with your family and your friends.The house can accommodate up to six persons and its located in Neo Kalamaki on the South coast of the island of Crete,200m from the sea.Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.

A home away from home

The views from the house were spectacular. Yannis/John the owner was a lovely host. The fridge was stocked when we arrived and the facilities in the house were excellent. Yannis was responsive to most of our messages, and he apologised for the times he couldn't respond immediately. Highly recommended!!

Ein Traum

Wir sind einfach nur begeistert. Ein so schönes Haus und direkt am Meer. Man will einfach die Terrasse nicht verlassen, weil man die ganze Zeit nur auf das azurblaue Meer und die Berge schaut. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man man braucht. Herrliche Strände direkt vor Ort oder in der Nähe, ebenso zahlreiche Tavernen. Die Betreuung ist bestens. Die erste Versorgung wird durch die Agentur gewährleistet: Speisen und Getränke im Kühlschrank und Raki auf dem Küchentresen. Alle Anliegen wurden umgehend beantwortet und erfüllt. Die typischen kretischen Winde haben wir als wohltuend angesichts der steten Sonne empfunden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Haus aber schlechte Betreuung durch die Verwaltung vor Ort

Das Haus und die Lage, Ausstattung sind sehr schön. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung, so dass wir 3 Tage kein Wasser hatten. Hier hätten wir uns eine bessere Betreuung und Offene Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gewünscht. Letztendlich ist er abgetaucht und hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet auch nicht auf die Ansprache der Agentur. Wir haben i auf dem leerstehenden Nachbargrundstück mit dem Gartenschlauch geduscht, da gab es Wasser. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir das Haus nicht mehr anmieten.

Fantastisches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist zu 100% empfehlenswert. Wer seinen Kreta-Urlaub abseits des Pauschaltourismus der Nordküste im sehr viel ruhigeren Süden genießen, dem sei diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens ans Herz gelegt. Egal ob Ausstattung, Größe, Sauberkeit oder Lage: das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und der abendliche Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den jeden Abend etwas anderen Sonnenuntergang ist einfach nur spektakulär. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter. John Stamatakis lebt sie sprichwörtliche kritische Gastfreundschaft mit Leib und Seele, stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung, ging auf kleine Sonderwünsche sofort ein, hatte jede Menge Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Ausflüge und verwöhnte uns mit leckeren Gastgeschenken. Das alles machte unseren Urlaub zu einem absolut positiven Erlebnis.

Sejour tres agreable

Maison tres bien située près de la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hotes qui sont d'une grande gentillesse et très reactifs en cas de besoin.

Gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes appatrement

Bei dieser sehr schönen und gut gelegenen unterkunft fehlt eine geschirrspülmaschine, hätten wir bei dem doch eher hohen preis erwartet. Wir hatten während 3 tagen sehr starken wind und konnten nicht auf der terrasse essen, obwohl das haus für 6 personen ist, hat es im innern nur 4 sitzgelegenheiten an der küchenbar. Wir mussten den schweren terrassentisch ins haus nehmen, damit wir alle zusammen essen konnten. Sonst war alles perfekt. Bei der ankunft waren früchte, joghurt, toast schinken, käse usw. fürs erste frühstück bereit, john ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
