"Our second time staying at this property staff was mixed, some great some not quite knowledgeable but willing to help. Breakfast is a great amenity, the eggs would be better if they weren't powdered eggs. Staff in that area very attentive and cleaned well. Housekeeping staff left too much room for improvement. Door was left open, room not cleaned until late afternoon, bathroom not always refreshed with proper towels/mat. Will stay here again due to its great location and ease. Cannot comment on the afternoon activity since we were out and about every day."

"We utilitzed valet and were able to check in right away. The reservationist let us choose what floor we wanted to stay on. We were able to enjoy a handicap suite with a large open bathroom. The room was modern, clean and offered great amenities. Climbing into the bed after a long evening of being on my feet after a concert and smelling the clean sheets was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to someone staying in the city for any reason. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant downstairs for convenience. "

"This isn’t a reflection on the staff they were actually very nice however our room was disgusting. I really question the star rating system on this site. Our room smelled like urine like someone had peed on the floors it was gross. Asked to change rooms but they were fully booked so we had to stay in the room. The carpet was gross and it was like sleeping in a urinal. Truly the worst and dirtiest room. No way this property is an 8.4 - actually want a refund from hotels.com cause totally false info. The property is beaten up and dirty."

"Cheaply designed condo hotel intended to look impressive at first glance. All the details disappoint. "

"Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."
