「Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. 」

「This property has a big kitchen and living room area. The rooms are nice and each have their own bedroom. The house is clean and bright, decorated perfect without being over decorated. Steve is great to work with and responds quickly. This would be a great place to stay for Softball, basketball or soccer tournaments. Or even mountain biking competitions. 」

「This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need!」

「We need a place to stay for just one night. Fortunately, we were able to stay here. We were welcomed with cookies in the family room and everything in its place. Fans were available in all rooms, although it was a bit warm for the kids upstairs without AC. Overall excellent experience!」
