「The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area.」

「This two bedroom house was the perfect little retreat for us and our son and his wife. It's located in a beautiful, tree lined neighborhood within walking distance of our daughter's house, where we were visiting. We watched many a World Cup soccer game comfortably on the large TV in the living room.」

「Uche's communication was great throughout the stay and the accommodations were first class.」

「Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC...

「I had some last minute travel and was so lucky that I came across this great place! The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.」

My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

「This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. Additionally, the unit...

「The place was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to DC, food, target the grocery store, good coffee shops and more. We were very happy here and would definitely stay again.」
