「There was a long line to check in the hotel. Only one person working the front desk and five people waiting in line. My room had dirty pillow cases and noticeable stains in the carpet. Called parking valet 15 minutes before I checked out and it took them 45 minutes to bring up my car.」

「Wonderful location! Whole city is connected by third floor corridor.」

「Good location, good room, good staff and good cafe.」

「Loved the big rooms. Windows desperately needed washing. We did not participate in the breakfast but the place was crowded when I went for coffee. We also did not participate in dinner except for the free glass of wine. Loved the valet parking but they need more organization and direction. We went to check in they parked my car with our stuff in it after they told us to check in and get the stuff after. Took over 30 minutes to get the car when checking out. Only one person doing it all...

「設備が古い」

「入口及び外観は古いが内部は非常にきれいで清潔」

「プログレッシブフィールドに近くて良かったです。」

「No free coffee in the AM even though they have coffee machine in room which is never good.」

「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby.
