"There is plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, for a family of six to stay here comfortably. But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...

"The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine. "July 15, 2026 9:13 AM UTC + 1:00 IST Menlo Park Hotel, Galway, Ireland The absolute Limerick was the fifth hotel road trip in July 2026. We stay there on the evening of July 13, 2026 after coming from Dingle Ireland. Room was very clean and big but initially it was very warm in the room, but after asking Management to lower the temperature, it did cool off quite a bit. The shower in the bathroom was clean. We couldn’t get the TV to work for whatever reason there was a Saif in the room it was an ironing board in the room. It was a lot of space as I may have said before the breakfast was adequate and but the area is very quiet but maybe lacking a certain energy found in other parts of Ireland like Dublin you know, dingle Killarney, etc., etc.."

"Like coming home if you lived in a beautiful country house and your mom was making sure you had delicious food and the nicest room in the house. Staff went above and beyond to make us happy. We arrived after 9pm and when they heard we hadn't eaten, served us a late supper of homemade fish chowder and toasted bread. Breakfast was just as delicious and clearly all home made. They helped my husband to get a charger that worked for our devices. Views are stunning, location near airport and regularly served by taxis, made it all perfect for the end of our vacation."

"Our stay here was very nice, the hotel and grounds were beautiful. The restaurant very good and the breakfast buffet was great. There was filtered water available in different places in the hotel due to the water from the taps smelling like 'dirt', obviously a lot of minerals in the water. It did make for an unpleasant smell for while kn the room after showering, otherwise we had a very pleasant stay."

"The beds were very comfy and loved the location. Great water pressure and tub. Also the window was very big so it let in a lot of natural light. However, the bed sheets were a bit scratchy, and you couldn’t adjust the water temperature unless you were in the tub. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the water temperature for the shower, but that could be user error. I wish the bathroom had some hooks. But all in all, a very good stay. Will recommend to others."

"Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are well-presented & maintained, with a welcoming entrance. The decor is stylish, and the building feels contemporary & clean. Our room was very spacious, with a really comfortable bed, all amenities required and a modern bathroom. A genuine highlight for me was the lit mirror that also has Bluetooth - meaning music while we showered and got dressed! Breakfast is a generous spread of high-quality hot options - thick cut bacon, homemade hashbrowns, eggs to order - to cold choices of smoked salmon, meats, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, scones & more! I also noted a really great gluten-free range. The coffee is delicious and the fresh juices were lovely too. Possibly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have enjoyed. The staff were also very attentive, clearing plates, replenishing stock & helping out clientele. As an avid gym goer, the fitness suite was an important fixture, and it was perfect to get a good workout in. There is a mix of cardio equipment, a range of dumbells up to 30kg, benches, a few weighted machines, cables including lateral pull down, & a smith machine. Easily got a good workout in. The pool is relaxing, the sauna, steam and hot tub are great too. Very chilled vibe. One downfall for me was that upon booking, I wasn't made aware that spa treatments weren't available - and I was planning on booking some in."
