「TERRIBLE a NIGHTMARE No lights did no work for 2 days an nobody helped No power the switches did not work did no shower in 2 days the water Pomp did nor work because of no power. Need a refund immediately The unit itself veey nice. But the power ruined the whole stay. No lights in 2 days!! I will not stop complaining until I get my money back. 」

「We had a wonderful stay in this adorable and spotless apartment in Lierna. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel welcoming (especially arriving to ice in the freezer). The host was especially attentive and went above and beyond by sending us the daily bus and train schedules to make our arrival smooth—such a thoughtful gesture!The location was excellent—just steps from the bus stop, which made getting to other towns around Lake...
