"We had five wonderful days in beautiful Toscana! Great atmosphere, wonderful location of the hotel and very reasonably priced. Eating at their restaurant was quite pricy however. Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Guido’s home in Tuscany is great! My family had an awesome time enjoying the pool, the near by wineries and a cooking class at the villa. The house is rustic, charming and in a great location. The beds are a bit old and the showers were a little small but overall the house fit all the needs of my family. The pool was also excellent and the views from the pool area are incredible. Whenever we needed anything it was always answered quickly. Thanks for an awesome stay!"

The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. "Amazing hospitality and a spotless, comfortable space."

"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. We all enjoyed our stay."
