Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a great stay at Renata's place. We were a group of 12 and had ample space for everyone. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay and everything was in good condition. We really liked the decor of the house, both inside and out. The view from the backyard is incredible and much nicer than the photos make it seem. You could spend plenty of time outside just hanging out and admiring the surroundings. The house is also quite secluded in the hills giving you plenty of privacy.Something to be aware of is that there are only two showers in the entire home. This was a minor inconvenience since we were such a large group but really not a huge deal.Everyone from our group loved this house and would definitely want to come back. I would highly recommend staying here."

The house is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The yard is great, fully fenced for our 2 dogs to enjoy their stay as well :). The spa was a nice way to end the day, soaking under the stars. It’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night. The property is also close to lots of wineries and Morro Bay. And if you forget anything, the store is 10 minutes away. We look forward to our next stay!!"

"The property is beautiful! Being able to visit the farm animals was a plus for us! The “farmhouse” with its thoughtful decor was warm and inviting. It was very clean and kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. Hot tub was already heated and enjoyed. The beds were comfy. Overall, great experience. The communication with host was good with prompt responses. I highly recommend! "
