「This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for a visit to Hot Springs. It’s close to downtown, but not too close. The room was perfect, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We stayed in the cabin style room and loved it. We also loved how contactless everything was. Not a single complaint. 」

「old. Someone's Hair falls in bathroom and washroom. dirty. Towels were dirty. The fuse blew out and the appliances could no longer be used. I had to move the room and it was hard because we had a lot of luggage.

「Every thing was great however a hotel operator told me I could check in with a paid reservation for 7/23 after midnight seeing that my plane would arrive late. When i arrived the clerk informed me that there was no rooms available seeing check-in was at 3 pm. Had I known this I would have covered 7/22 as well. I ended up at the comfort inn down the street to avoid sleeping in my car which was not the safest . Over all it was a great stay upon arrival at 3 pm .
