Stunning Waterfront Lake Hamilton Views! (With Covered boat stall)

This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom updated, lakefront home has it all! Spend your days and nights with family and friends on one of the two large outside patios with picturesque views of Lake Hamilton’s main channel. You will want to live on the patio off of the main level with its beautiful seating area and outdoor dining table. The lower patio features another outdoor eating space as well as a gas grill where you can whip up fantastic meals!
The entry level has two living areas – one with a flat screen television and wood-burning fireplace and the other with a cozy sitting area. You will love waking up in the Master Bedroom with its lake views, King bed and large, newly renovated Bathroom (luxury shower). This level also has a second Bedroom with a King bed (and baby crib) and another full bathroom (shower only). The open-floor plan with wonderful lake views showcases a large, equipped kitchen and dining room.
Downstairs you will find a third living area with lake views featuring a huge sectional couch where you can relax and enjoy movies on the flat screen tv. You will also find a full bath as well as the third bedroom with a King bed and lake views. The kids will love the fourth bedroom with 3 sets of bunkbeds including one set that has a twin bed over a full bed!
Lakeside you can enjoy the patio and jumping off of the large swim dock! The lakeside firepit is the perfect place to enjoy S'mores with the family!
This house also has ample parking for your group. And you can get to Oaklawn without crossing the traffic on Central! Easy access to all of the great things Hot Springs has to offer!

The house has a Ring doorbell camera and an overhead camera both of witch face the driveway and street. These two cameras are used primarily for security when the house is not in use.

Please note this house is most suitable for large families or multiple couples with children - typically either 8 adults or 6 adults with 6 children.

We found this lake house last minute after a loss in the family, and it was the perfect place to relax and reflect. The lake view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The game room was a hit with the kids, and the house had everything we needed. We’re grateful for such a comfortable and calming place to stay.

Nice, quiet property, we really enjoyed our stay and proximity to the attractions in Hot Springs. Really beautiful lake, wish it had been a bit warmer to enjoy as it seems the home provides great access to water activities. Would love to visit it again and very happy we stayed where we did!

Wonderful house for a big family

Family get away

This is an amazing property on the lake. The hangout spaces are exceptional, and the deck has the best view, is comfortable and a great space to gather.The owner was very responsive to communication and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning. All of the appliances were in excellent condition. Everyone's room and bathroom were clean and veryy comfortable. We all agreed that it was the best VRBO we had stayed at for all our family reunions.

Premier family lakehouse getaway

This was the best location for a large extended family at an incredible price. We never left the house except to get food. We enjoyed time with each other playing the onsite games and fellowshipping. Highly recommend and will be back!

Wonderful property!

This house on the lake was perfect and the hosts are so accommodating and responsive. The multiple seating areas, beautiful view/deck and fun games provided the perfect entertainment for our family gathering. Hamilton Lake VRBO

We absolutely loved this property! The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable mattresses. We have a granddaughter who was 1 1/2 and it was very convenient to use the crib, baby gate and highchair. We had a Foosball competition and played several games while we were there.

Great Holiday Stay!

Group of 6 adults visiting HS area for a few days. Piney was ideal for close proximity to HS attractions and comfortable accommodations. Great view of Lake Hamilton as well! The kitchen is superbly equipped with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Great family room with a wood-burning fireplace was ideal for winter nights!

Thanksgiving getsway

Very peaceful weekend, view was beautiful, house was perfect and extremely clean. Loved having wood for the firepit. Host was very attentive to my needs. Definitely recommend for any family or friend getaway. Would definitely come back. 1000/10!!

Great Property!

The house was great. The location was perfect on Lake Hamilton. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to the only issue we had - a few light bulbs out in the upstairs bathrooms - the host had bulbs delivered within a few hours so it was an easy fix . Overall the house was a great fit for us - my parents in their 70's, myself, my husband and our two children (10&8).

Memorial Day Family Vacation

Our stay was a family vacation that consist of a group of 12 that was from grandparents to the youngest being age 6. We found everything that you could possibly need . The house was completely stocked from seasonings in the kitchen to plenty of games to keep the little ones and the big kids entertained. This property is in a great location and the view is beautiful. In the words of one of our kids “We had a blast”. We are already planning our next stay.

Very spacious and great for all ages!

I loved the layout of this property. There were King size beds and bathrooms for everyone. We stayed with family so there were 3 kids and a baby. There were bunk beds for kids and a crib for the baby, even a high chair! The house truly had everything we needed. The best part was the indoor outdoor living area. A great place to relax, enjoy the views, and let the kids enjoy all the games downstairs. Perfect for any time of the year! The host was very informative and welcoming. We are already planning our next stay here!

Perfect place for our group!

Great property on the lake! The house is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were 3 couples so we each had our own bathrooms which is always nice. It just so happened that it poured rain for 3.5 out of the 5 days we were there. So unable to hike everyday as planned, we spent the majority of our time at the house, hanging out on the large covered back patio. It was a great location and a very clean & comfortable place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.
