「clean, cozy, well stocked kitchen, quiet location」

「We had such a lovely stay. Linda was attentive and helpful, and the location was great for visiting Bentonville and Eureka Springs. We especially loved the opportunity to experiment with painting with the paints and rocks provided at the cabin.」

「Cute little house with a beautiful view of the water! It was a perfect spot for me and the dogs. They also have just about everything you can think of if you forgot to pack something.」

「Everything about this place, from check-in, to comfort, to check-out was amazing. The place was clean (coming from a stickler about cleanliness), the size was perfect for my husband and me, and the VIEWS! The views alone deserve their own review. I was looking for something with mountain views but also water if possible, and the view off the back deck/balcony far exceeded my expectations!! I’m already begging my husband to bring me back in the near future. 」

「The whole trip was a success for my husband’s birthday and having such a great place with an amazing view made it that much better!!! Place is excellent all the way around 10/10 recommend! 」

「The house is very spacious for our large family. Also, they have some game for our family for some entertainment. There are plenty of towel for us. All bed is nice, the shower water pressure its a bit light. Overall, our family enjoy our time at this family ranch house. Our host serena is very considerate for our update of our groups few days before our stay. Our host very great with communication」

「This was our second time staying here. The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable also. We highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we will get to book here again when we return in August.」

「Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The location was perfect-peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being a short drive to trails, golf, and nearby Bentonville. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Bella Vista!」

「Exactly what we were expecting for the money perfect.Wouldn't ask for anything else out of the property or the host.」

「The house was clean, our host was very accommodating, beautiful location, quiet and peaceful here」
