2 weeks and some change at a charming place in a charming town. Lovely views, great eating, peace and quiet, and a beautiful national park only 30 minutes away
This was truly an amazing place to stay. The host made sure we had everything we needed, it was located very close to food, coffee and other destinations. It was quiet with a great driveway to park in. The checkout process is very generous and the host is very communicative.
Super nice and charming house with plenty of room for everyone! Neighborhood is quiet and safe with a couple good food options within walking distance. We went to Sequoia one day and toured through the surrounding areas the next. House was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!
My family and I stayed at this cozy and clean little home in Exeter while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The check-in process was simple, the home was immaculate, and it was really comfortable for my wife and my two kids. There were board games to play, detergent for us to do a load of laundry, and also just a very quiet neighborhood.
I would highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!
Everything was great! Comfortable, cozy place to rest after a long day at Sequoia and King's Canyon Park. The kids enjoyed all the games the host provided!
We arrived and were wowed by the quality of this property. It was beautifully designed and also extremely convenient. If we ever return to the area we would always try and stay here again. We loved it!
This home was such a nice stay. We were going to sequoia national park from here. Just fyi, it is only like 30min to park entrance but quite a drive once you get in (45min) to get to parking around big trees/ general Sherman. You can tell it was recently renovated and nicely decorated. Very clean. Keurig coffee and purified water machine. Very simple check in and house instructions. Love the rainfall shower head in the master bathroom. Loved the antique stores in the area. Great stay! Would go back!
It was a great place to stay for 3-4 friends or for parents with 2 grown kids. The local town was pleasant and had some decent restaurants. It was definitely worth the money and is relatively close to National Parks. The host acknowledges the early morning train that occurs on some weekdays - not sure about weekends. This unit would cost much more if it were not for that darn train. Although it was quite loud, I was always able to fall back asleep. I think it comes around 6-7 AM, but ask the host because the train schedule might have changed since my stay. Even though you’re expecting the train before going to sleep, the first time you hear it, it’s quite a shock - to the point where it was actually comical, perhaps more-so in the front room where I was staying. If you’re a light sleeper and don’t fall back to sleep easily after being awakened and want to sleep until the late morning, then you might go elsewhere, or you might opt to wear ear plugs. But other than that flaw (or potential early-morning alarm clock), I would consider it above average, as it is very clean and spacious and has several amenities.
House was lovely, neighborhood was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Great pizza place just up the road, cold outside but nice and warm inside. All in all a great place to stay
This house is a beauty! We rent houses every year during our trips and this place really stood out as top notch. We loved the interior design, the furniture, the comfortable beds. As soon as we entered we felt at home and loved the house. Everything inside is modern. The A/C works very well (it was very hot outside). Exeter is very small, and maybe that's why everyone we met there was very friendly. We wish we had stayed longer and will definitely come back when we visit Sequoia Park again. This house really is a gem.
Lovely home, close to downtown Exeter and easy drive to Sequoia
Super short drive to downtown Exeter, easy drive to downtown Visalia. A little over an hour to either entrance to Sequoia/Kings Canyon.
Home is remodeled, cute, and comfy!

Beautiful remodeled property, very comfortable and with a chic decor. We loved everything about this place. Cozy bedrooms, nice kitchen, big dinning table, available board games. Nice backyard sitting area. Grocery store is 5 min away and do are some fast food restaurant. We were just short drive from Sequoia National Park. Recommend this place to anyone but especially if you like to prep your own food like we do. We will be recommending this house to our friends and hope to be back. Host was very quick to respond and super nice ☺️
This rental is a gem in a gem of a town. Rental was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were super comfy. We loved being able to walk uptown for dinner and shopping. The downtown area was an added bonus. We were here to hike at Sequioa and it was an easy 35 minute drive to the park! Would definitely stay here again!!!
