「Disaster.... was supposed to stay in Exeter at The Ranch House Inn. They had an A/C issue and was informed the day of my stay that they couldn'thave me. I spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to make other arrangements. We moved 25 minutes away to the Whispering Pines Resort ( Motel ). If it wasn't for the young guy Logan atleast trying to help it would have been worse.
Construction repairs going on into the night.
Pool closed.
Restaurant closed.

「The property was clean . But it’s a self served property. You have to make sure you get the passcodes before arriving otherwise since there’s no one it takes a long time to find someone and call. Also , the breakfast is continental so as you expect in bed and breakfast a hot breakfast won’t be served. Expedia says resort and when you get there it’s bed and breakfast. Also hair dryers not working, so bring your own. Anyway, it has a private beach.」

Had to register at restaurant. Not convenient at all.
Room was cold upon arrival.
Room very small.
Room in disrepair with handle nobs missing from drawers, blinds broken.
No hangers.
Upon check out they wanted to charge for a breakfast that we did not have...」
