「A well maintained hotel with staff and owners who care. When we arrived they were kind and helpful, assisting us in parking in their parkade and taking our bags to our room. As we were shown around the hotel we were told of its rich and fascinating history. When we got to our room (we booked the japan themed room) it was set up with a comfortable ambiance of low lighting and gentle music. This was our first night away together since having kids over a decade ago and we were hoping for...

「I booked a room with airport pickup for my daughter who arrived late at night. She was very happy with the clean room and the friendly staff. She also felt safe with the pickup by a female staff member. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't available. Communication with the hotel was great-they always responded quickly. Thank you so much. We would gladly stay here again.」
