The hotel was clean and the experience was generally positive. My son loved hanging out in the pool. BUT there is no regular driver on call for the airport shuttle. It was unclear that the shuttle needed to be booked ahead, so we ended up having to take a cab. The hotel paid for the cab. But it was frustrating and not a very clear process.

However, for the price, I was very disappointed in the following: buffet breakfast was a 5/10 with cold tasteless eggs; single ply toilet paper is not acceptable, paper cups instead of a glass or cup are not acceptable, pillows were old, dusty and terrible. All in all, saving money on these things were very disappointing.
