Had to wait outside in frigid temperatures before the front desk would let us in. Went to our room and found an unmade bed and filthy bathroom. Went back to front desk and was told we had to make our own bed and was handed several wadded up bed linens, not folded and fresh ones but those! I couldn’t ...
