"The property is ideal for a perfect getaway. We crabbed and caught about 2 dozen. (Both line and crab traps in September) The property has everything you could want! The host is quick to respond to questions. If you need to unplug and getaway, this is the place. The town of Reedville, it closes down early or completely Mon-Wed however great locally owned businesses are open Thursday-Sun. "

"We LOVED our stay and it was so relaxing. We traveled with an infant (5 months) and it went great. The Jacobs were so generous and offered us an early day check-in and late check-out free of charge. The sunrises were EXTRAORDINARY and the property is fully stacked with anything you need but might forget. Ex: we forgot our bug spray and found one on the property! The property is clean, kitchen fully functional and well stocked with cooking/serving wear. Freezer has an ice maker and that was great. Notes for future travelers:- The property is small, think trailer house. So if you have tall/large travelers, this might not be the place for you. My husband managed to be okay, but was not able to be in certain parts of the property."

"A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. "
