"Spent a good amount of time while here waiting just for the elevator so etines 20-30min. With our room being separated from our family, and even after being asked at check-in and throughout the stay to change to be together, even after multiple rooms checking out on our floors, there was no accommodation. We were split between different elevators and over 10 floors! The electric plug and air conditioner were broken, and they waited to send a replacement AC until after 10pm. The rooms were closet size with rusty fixtures and dripping facets. I would definitely NOT book this hotel. The parking and "resort" fees are crazy, and the pool is laughable as only a bigger than a bathtub!"

"Came 7 years ago, rooms & some parts of grounds dated & need renovations. Especially carpets, bathrooms, pool area. Most staff were pleasant but not as pleasant as they should be. Monika who cleaned our room was excellent & appreciative of our tip everyday. "
