Publicité mensongère qui nous montre des photos de chambre avec salle de bain et aucune info la dessus et arriver et voir sur la douche et les WC sont à côté de l'entrée c'est incompréhensible. De plus, l'odeur de tabac dans notre chambre du RDC et ouvrir la fenêtre et avoir un stockage de poubelles devant c'est l'horreur ! Et je découvre des rats qui grouillent sous la fenêtre.... JAMAIS je ne reviendrai !

Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant, malgré le fait qu’il faisait tard, et que j’entende bien que nous étions tous fatigués, même moi car je venais d’une course de mariage. Je gardais quand même le sourire avec eux mais aucun retour venant d’eux il y a un qui me parlait de façon très désagréable. De plus il y’avait un souci avec ma réservation ce qui compliquait les choses mais ils ont trouvé une solution. Les chambres sont propres, rien à dire, mais pas d’isolation, du coup on entendait le bruit des pas des autres clients mais aussi l’aspirateur de la femme de ménage, ce qui me fatigue le matin.

Lors de la réservation il etait mentionné que la chambre avait une douche particulière or hélas il n en est rien, je trouve donc que le site est mensonger. De plus rien ne nous indiquait qu il n y avait pas de serviette .heureusement que nous sommes prévoyant en tous cas nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce genre d hotel
