「Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!」

「Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in...

「Neat place with lots of space and great location for exploring the Cotswolds. We appreciated the full kitchen and bathroom was spacious and clean.」

「Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. Then, you will pick up room key at the door assigned to you by the hotel. By the way, you should not forget to bring your soap, shampoo, and conditioner,...

「Apartment was perfectly located for Cheltenham centre. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed & very comfortable as a base. 」

「The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs」

「Really felt at home in this lovely flat. Was perfect for our needs. Beautiful outlook onto the river. Clean, peaceful and well equipped.」

「Laundry was not on site it was down the street, regular laundromat . Supplies were very limited. 1 -,Bin bag , no dishcloth, 1 tea towel. -3,- day stay with 4 adults. It could be family friendly . Mattresses were sagging very difficult for 2 people to sleep . 」

「The room was clean. The apartment was specious and full of light. It's a 30min walk to the main high street/Gloucester cathedral. Big plus is that the apartment comes with a parking space. There are two bathrooms.」

「Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.」

「The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return .」

「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was...
