"Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! "We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. "
