Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

Perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to be relaxing. Pictures are accurate, and the space was super clean, modern, and welcoming! We arrived a little early, and communication with the owner was a breeze. We also had the fun surprise of a Christmas parade happening right below our windows! Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

Its in such a great location to all the down town stuff, can even just walk to everything if you would like. The place was top notch clean, the design is just perfect to the T! We have stayed in so many different places, and you can tell whoever cleans/owns this property takes graat care of it!

Great location

The property was clean and the perfect location for those who want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet not be surrounded by all of the traffic. The only downfall was that our personal parking spot was part of a public parking area.

The property was very clean. Convenient on-site parking. Great location, able to walk downtown. Would’ve loved coffee pods for the Keurig. Otherwise it was as advertised, we had a great time and would stay here again!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great stay! Super fast and helpful communication from the host. Listing was accurate and just like the photos. The welcome binder had history about the building and those who were there before— very cool to learn about that and their choices in historic renovation. The location was better than I imagined- in the heart of it all so we walked everywhere, but enough at the edge to still be serene and relaxing. Robes and big towels provided for the hot tub were a nice touch. We will look here first for our next visit to ES.

Perfect place to stay!!

This apartment was wonderful! It was extremely clean and newly renovated. I loved the modern downtown studio apartment feel. Bed was comfortable and big! One parking space is provided this suite which was helpful. This apartment is very conveniently located. My husband and I were able to enjoy short walks to local shops and restaurants from the apartment.

Wonderful place!

This property was clean, well appointed, and everything worked. It is a beautifully remodeled 19th century building with upscale furnishings and décor. Within easy walking distance of all Eureka Springs downtown has to offer. We will be back.

Amazing little studio

The location was phenomenal and the place itself was gorgeously renovated, squeaky clean and very easy to check in/check out! We will absolutely be booking this place again the next time we come to Eureka. Look no further than this place! A few minutes walk to everything. Right in the middle of it all yet still peaceful and quiet!

It was a great place to stay. My husband was ill so I was alone in my unit. I was disappointed that there was no coffee, sugar or creamer in my unit ( it said there would be),.The bed was comfy. I watched the Mardi Gras parade from my room.

Fantastic Trip

My husband and I visited Eureka Springs for the first time over NYE. The property was perfect! Great location within walking distance to "downtown". Make sure you pack some walking shoes though...the hills are no joke. Our suite was perfect for the two of us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. All of the updates are high quality. We didn't utilize the kitchen area, but everything you'd need to make a small meal is available.

A short walk to everything.

Good location. A dedicated parking spot. Nice as parking can be an issue downtown. The unit is great for two. Second floor overviews Spring St. Can’t speak to the weekend traffic but during the week it is relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress. The mattress and/or supports need to be replaced. The unit was clean and well provisioned with the basics.
