Concrete Loft in the Redwoods

  • An industrial concrete loft set in the Redwoods in Eureka’s premier neighborhood. Set up with Sonos smart speakers and Phillips Hue lights, a 4K projector screen and a hot tub with a view of the Redwoods.

    Guests have exclusive access to entire home. Located between Sequoia Park and Zoo and old town Eureka. The Neighborhood is quiet and filled with beautifully landscaped yards. Unfortunately, no parties or events are permitted based on our permit and the upstairs deck is closed off to prevent noise complaints.

    Guests have exclusive access to entire home and private hot tub with a redwood view. The upstairs deck is closed to prevent noise complaints.

    Guests have full privacy but we live in the same city and are able to come by and assist with any needs.

    Neighborhood is centrally located between Sequoia Park & Zoo and old town Eureka and just a few blocks from St. Joseph’s Hospital.

    Guests can park in the driveway or on street. Easy to get around by bike, foot, or Ride share


    1. We allow dogs only. Sorry, no cats! Please keep your dogs off all the furniture, including off and out of the beds. We provide dog beds.
    2. Please do not use the upstairs balcony. Please keep that door shut and locked at all times.

This was a great house. Definitely a hang out bachelor pad feel. Very good vibe. Lightning and artwork was great. Stereo with turntable.. awesome! Had a great time.

We loved our stay in the Concrete Loft! The neighborhood is great (and safe) and the scenery is beautiful. We loved the swinging chairs, hammock, ping pong, foosball, and projection TV! The kitchen and hot tub were also amazing.

This is an awesome property in the prime area in Eureka. It’s a fantastic place to spend time at the home, or bounce around the redwoods. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience. Also, the hot tub is a life saver after days of hiking. One of a kind property!

Great Location

Eureka can be hit and miss with location but this house was exactly what I needed. Very safe area close to everything.

Comfortable, unique and surrounded by redwoods.

We loved this property. It’s definitely a one of a kind property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. So quiet and peacefu and my teens loved the games.

If you’re looking for a weekend of hanging around, letting your inner child come out a little bit and just chill, this is the place. I rented it for my girlfriends 40th birthday. We also brought our dogs. The hot tub was a great add on. We really enjoyed the house. If you feel like getting out, there’s also plenty nearby to explore. If you’re willing to drive about 30 minutes. Moonstone beach and mad river beach is beautiful. Great restaurants close by, too.

Amazing!

The house is incredible and the host was so easy to get a hold of. The property is beautiful and very well cared for. We used the hot tub every evening. I will 100% be back.

Wonderful Modern home

We were impressed with the architecture of this home when we booked. It did not disappoint. It was close to town but was surrounded by tall redwoods and was on a nice street for Eureka. The hosts provided everything we needed. Great entertainment options throughout the house. Our dog was at home as well. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on comfortable beds and furnishings.

Exactly perfect for us & pups!

Really awesome property, backed on a gorgeous green ravine but still in the middle of town. VERY private feeling, so quiet we couldn’t believe how late we slept in. Perfect for our little and medium dogs, great fenced in area plus lots of room to run around inside on concrete floors. Couldn’t have been better. Excellent communication with hosts. Thanks again!!

Eureka! A wonderful discovery in Redwoods country.

My family and I were thrilled to find this one-of-a-kind property in a quiet Eureka neighborhood for a short stay en route to the Bay Area. The reservation was secured easily, check-in information was clear, and the two bed-two bath home was chock full of amenities. A large concrete structure with an open floorplan and lots of neat design features (e.g. sliding barn doors, a roof rain spout that drains into an outdoor pond), the home boasts a fireplace, wonderfully hot hot tub, games, turntable with some nice vinyl, and a fenced yard/lots of goodies for pups. We loved all these features, as well as the sound of the rain on the roof and the showers (copious hot water, excellent pressure, and a lovely view into the trees). Big thanks too, to Kat the property manager, for turning around a propane refill request incredibly quickly and kindly. To all looking for a special stay, this comes highly recommended!
