  • Just udated! Brand new Hot tub added as well as a new (natural gas) BBQ on the back covered patio! Big private backyard! Located just a ten-minute drive from the University of Oregon’s Campus, This home sits in a quiet and quintessential suburban neighborhood surrounded by restored homes and well-maintained mid-century modern homes. This premier property is situated on a corner lot with manicured landscaping and is close to everything! Visit museums, stroll the parks along the Willamette River, catch a performance at the Hult Center of the Performing Arts, Get up close and personal with birds of prey at the Cascades Raptor Center, or shop at the 5th Street Public Market or the Eugene Saturday Market.Bailey Lane is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood of lovely mid-century modern homes. Downtown Eugene is close by and walk-able, Eugene is home to great shopping, dining, and a wide variety of entertainment options. The Willamette River offers easy access to outdoor recreation. We recently purchased the home next door which is also listed on VRBO. If this home is not large enough, a person could book both (if available) check out the other unit #5521116. I even put a gate in the backyard to connect them if so desired. Pretty cool set up!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of room and private outdoor space to enjoy. The house was perfect to enjoy Eugene and buzz out to the coast and multiple wineries. Quiet neighborhood with all conveniences close by. We really enjoyed our stay to explore Oregon. And the PRE was fabulous!

Stayed with my son for a baseball camp/tournament with the University of Oregon. It was a perfect home base. Great location, quiet, cozy, and clean. We’ve done dozens of these kinds of trips and this was perhaps the best place we’ve ever stayed. It was like being in our own home. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant accommodations

This house was very easy to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and and dishes and glassware. The beds were comfortable. A nice little outdoor area for after 5:00 drinks.

Perfect House

We came for our daughter's graduation and it was wonderful! Clean with everything we needed and the showers were fantastic! Wanted to stay an extra day but it was booked! Wish we found it sooner as its a Perfect House for families when visiting there children at UO!

Perfect Accommodations

This property is awesome! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We plan to stay here next time we’re in town. The hosts were very easy to work with when we had to adjust our dates and responded in a timely manner.

Eugene Favorite

We enjoyed another stay on our trip to Eugene. This last visit will make the 5th time we've stayed at this SAME house - that's how much we love it! The owners have been consistently great with communication, the house is always clean and yard very well maintained. The location is central, the neighborhood feels safe and walkable. We appreciate having a comfortable place to stay when we come into town. Thanks again for your great hospitality.

The home is clean and very comfortable. We had two couples. There's a comfortable backyard to sit in and a large kitchen. Everything they say it is.

The house was very clean and attractive. There were only 2 problems;1. The fireplace hearth was a hazard as it was easy to trip on it, especially in the dark.2. We couldn’t find any soap in either of the showers.

Quiet relaxing Eugene home

Our first time in this home and we hope to return! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is appropriately furnished and not missing a thing. The sofas and bed were very comfortable…we slept very soundly in the master bedroom. An underrated feature…the TV was easy to understand. In many rentals you need an advanced programming degree to figure out multiple remotes. Not here…very logical and easy to access. The host was very responsive to questions, typically responding in under 5 minutes.Would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Eugene.
