You will feel right at home cooking in our renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances or dine out at over 20 local restaurantsm in a buzzing restaurant distric. You can also enjoy the night out with live music at Beergarden, a taproom and food carts or Sam's Bond Garage, a music venue, all within a mile of the property. Sweet Life, one of the best bakery in town with great coffee is only 4 blocks away.

Fantastic little place for my mom and I to stay on our travels. Styled beautifully, my Mom wanted to purchase some of the decor! Great place to stay, friendly quiet neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again!

The house was very cute and cozy. The living room sleeper sofa was more appropriately sized for kids, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others. Communication from the host was great. I was definitely recommend this place!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was less than desirable; however, it was close to a very good restaurant. The beds were not comfortable nor the pillows. The host was pretty responsive by text but not by calling. We had to go buy batteries for the remote, but we were reimbursed. Overall it was fine but be aware of the location and the host appears to live out of town so may not be quickly available.

Vacation and airport

We were very impressed with the check in process, instructions for our stay, cleanliness and decoration style. This was perfect for us to stop in for the evening and continue on our vacation through OR and CA. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property was great!!! My only discomfort was the portable air conditioner did not keep the living room cool at all throughout the day and we had on the lowest setting But portable air conditioners in the rooms if you kept the door shut kept the rooms cool The outside temperature was in high 80’s during my stay But it was spacious and had room for the family that stopped by to visit

Wonderful cottage!

Everything was perfect! Check in and check out were super easy. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Eugene. Also close proximity to the airport which helped us a lot. Very responsive host, quiet neighborhood, perfect!

I really loved our spot! It was clean, loved the decor, all the pictures repped on the VRBO website, were accurate. Getting to the location was easy and I loved being close to good eats. The space is how we could visit with family and not feel confined to a small room, like hotel rooms. That is why I love VRBO!

This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha
