Welcome to Charlotte’s Nook – 90 Walk in the Woods
This spacious home away from home is where the lake meets the family. With the fantastic location just minutes from Lake Eufaula and seconds from the heart of the community, you are always next to excellent scenery and neighbors. This home provides comfortable spaces for everyone with additional lounging space on the second-floor balcony.
Charlotte’s Nook offers a prime location next to Ramble Along Way and Lower Greenway Road. It is a short drive/golf cart ride to the boat dock, beachfront, both pools, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Wood Fired Pizza, The Meeting House, and Food Truck Park.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5-bathroom bath lake house, features a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area, with the added comfort of a large sectional and large screen tv.
The indoor dining table seats 8, and the outdoor dining table seats 8. The outdoor dining can be accessed through a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened in porch.
The kitchen has a large island that seats 4, all new appliances, and is fully stocked with the essentials to meet the needs of the best cook. It is also equipped with a double oven!
The downstairs master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Just off the mudroom is a downstairs laundry room with a new washer/dryer and spacious storage. Heading upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a communal TV room with two ottomans for extra storage and blankets. The couch does pull out into an extra bed if needed.
Charlotte’s Nook features two upstairs bedrooms. Both have queen beds and doors that access the second floor wrap around balcony. Each bedroom has a large closet.
Upstairs there is a doorway leading out to the large wrap-around balcony with a bed swing, rocking chairs, and side tables. The balcony overlooks the woods and offers views of Lake Eufaula.
The third floor offers double bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. An additional full-size bed is in the center and offers another excellent view of the lake. All beds are equipped with reading lamps. Benches and coat hooks are available for further storage.
Enjoy the high-tech touches throughout the house, with all Roku-enabled TVs featuring streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, PBS Kids, and much more. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.
Outside you will find a two-car gravel parking area, equipped with a Tesla charger, and additional parking next to the house along with your own wood-burning fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs.

Charlotte's Nook has 3 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
