Located in Étercy, this two-storey villa is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. You have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided on request.

Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et la situation entre le lac d'Annecy et le lac du Bourget permet de varier les plaisirs.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rendre visite à Pompon :)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, de très bon conseils, environnement très sympathique, niveau propreté rien à dire, on a manquer de rien tout était à notre disposition. C’était un super week-end je recommande sans hésiter les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour passer le réveillon du jour de l'an. Nous étions 6 personnes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable avec une très belle vue. Vous ne manquerez de rien ! Sa situation géographique est idéale, elle est située à 20 minutes d'Annecy.

Lovely Property

We had a fantastic week and Christine, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The property is perfect for families with my children loving the swimming pool. Property was lovely and clean and the owner was on hand for anything we needed or weren’t sure about. Overall we’d gladly go back, my family are already plotting our return!

Great experience, from Christine’s welcome to departure. The pool was a godsend in the hot weather and the entire place was ideally set up for living outside. Christine clearly puts a lot of love into the place and this was apparent throughout. She even gave our daughter a gift for her 4th birthday.

Beautiful setting

Lovely outside area, beautifully maintained, lots of seating options and a good sized swimming pool. The owner keeps chickens and geese and there is also a large pond with fish - interesting for children.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Cheminée hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la cheminée. L'hôtesse nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et s'est montrée très serviable.

Agréable séjour

Agréable propriété, bien adaptée pour un séjour en famille. Très bon accueil de notre hôte qui même à distance s’est régulièrement assuré que tout se passe bien pour nous. Magnifique espace extérieur dont chacun a pu profiter malgré la canicule. Néanmoins l’intérieur mériterait d’être un peu moins chargé de biblos ( pour ceux qui viennent avec des enfants) mais nous avons bien compris que c’était le lieu de vie de madame Louart. À cette époque les mouches sont très envahissantes et désagréables. D’autre part nous aurions aimé être informé pour la location des draps à la réservation. Ces dernières remarques ne remettent nullement en question l’environnement magnifique du site. Danielle

Merveilleuse villa Proche du lac d'Annecy

Nous étions un groupe d'amis pour séjourner un long week-end dans la chaleureuse Villa de Christine. Christine est très accueillante, souriante et arrangeante. Le logement était propre à notre arrivé, vous avez à votre disposition tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Une belle piscine et un beau jardin 🥰 Nous recommandons fortement 😊

Très bon séjour

Grande maison très agréable et bien placée, au calme. Belle piscine et beau jardin également, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi, et passer un moment agréable. Notre fille a bien profité et s'est amusée à nourrir les poissons.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans la maison d'Etercy. Christine est une hôte très agréable et bienveillante (merci pour le guide jusqu'au beau marché d'Annecy!) La communication a été très facile pour organiser les choses en amont et sur place. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le très beau jardin (idéal pour les enfants) et la piscine. La région est magnifique et nous avons pu profiter de la location de la maison pour visiter les alentours facilement.
