"The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is tired, outdated and dirty. Our room was dusty and it didn’t look like the floor had been hoovered in a while. The breakfast was ok though. "

"Lovely family room, large enough for all our needs. The room was well presented although the rocking horse seemed unnecessary. As a decorative piece it was fine, but spoilt by the keep off sign. Room clean but the blinds were a bit tired. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of room and lots of choice. We will use the ESN again on a future visit."

"Shower was not working properly"

"Dirty, poorly maintained, the bathroom had dry pee all over, the shower also had not been cleaned. The fire alarm test was also at 7am on a Monday morning which rudely awoke us. The location is decent but overall at the price we paid we expected a lot better, would not recommend. "
