Such a great property! The room options are well thought out and there is ample space both inside and out. We had zero issues during our stay, but felt very comfortable reaching out to our host if anything came up. Highly recommend this for a short or long stay!
Very nice location, beautiful view from living room window of Longs Peak! Bedrooms and living areas are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Decks provide pleasant outdoor living and enjoyed seeing the local wildlife. Noticed a couple minor maintenance issues about which I will alert the company.
The property was just as described- had plenty of room for our 3 adults and 2 children (would have fit quite a bit more). I even got to enjoy coffee out on the deck with the local deer , as they were having their breakfast in the yard!
The listing is accurate when it states you would need all wheel drive in the winter- take this seriously, as it is a steep dirt road up to the house.
The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in early as well. Would stay again.

Prior to arrival I was given 2 numbers and names to call. One for general information and the other for maintenance. I tried contacting the person for general information and they never returned my phone calls or text message. The upstairs bathroom, which is the only really usable one, had plumbing issues that were known and not corrected before I got there. However, when I reported the problem, the maintenance person was very prompt and courteous in fixing it. I was expecting that the property would be in reasonable walking distance of the downtown area but it was not. The partial gravel road to access the property was in fair condition. I gave it a five star rating because of the promptness of the maintenance repair, and just getting used to the inconvenient access (not walkable) to downtown and the access road condition. The property itself was more than adequate with lots of amenities.
Great location, short walk to restaurants and downtown shopping (tho you do walk uphill on the way back). Cabin was very clean, plenty of room for the family.
We loved our time at this rental. It is in an excellent location- easy to walk into downtown and a short drive into RMNP. We saw quite a bit of wildlife right off the deck, and enjoyed stargazing and drinking morning tea outside. Delightful place.
Excellent overall stay. Plenty of room. Excellent kitchen. Several rooms. Two bathrooms is always a plus with a family stay. The only downside was that the drains were a little slow in one of the bathroom sinks and showers.

House at Estes Park
Kitchen was well stocked. Safety issues in upstairs bath tub and throw rug near bed downstairs.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is older but clean and well kept. The downstairs bathroom and kitchen are very small. We had 6 in our group and it worked out fine with the exception of the washer which didn't work during our stay. The location is excellent with a short walk into town from high on a hill. The short drive to and from the house is gravel and on the rugged side. We had a couple of 2wd cars that I wouldn't have wanted to try driving up in winter conditions.
